These are electrical foundation crackers ( think Diwali Anar) which can be placed either in hand held battery operated guns or stands placed on the ground. They are also available in colours, like the ones popularly seen on Holi but are a wonderful addition to any day event. These can be safely used indoors as well as there is no associated fire risk and also the smoke caused is minimal.
