What is your company?

We are a party products supply company. We rent and sell over 200 products across various categories like Food, Music, Lights, Entertainment and Decor. Some of our best-selling products include JBL Party Box 310, DJ Lights, Beer Pong, Giant Jenga, Oculus VR, Playstation 5, Bar Accessories and Projectors.

Which cities are you active in?

We are currently operating in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. We are launching soon in other major cities like Jaipur, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Ludhiana and many more.

How do I place an order?

You can place the order on the website or by Call/WhatsApp at 9119-9119-63. We will call you after you place the order to confirm and get additional details.

How do I select a delivery date on the website?

We are working on adding the option to select the delivery date. In the meantime, please just place the order online and our customer service agent will contact you afterwards to get additional details.

What is the rental period?

The minimum rental period for all our products is 24 hours. To rent for longer periods, please Call/WhatsApp us at 9119-9119-63.

Do I have to pay any security deposit?

No, we do not require you to pay any security deposit. However, we expect you to use our products with care and pay any damages if required.

Why can’t I rent some of the products?

Some of the main reasons we do not rent some of the products are hygiene and one-time-use only. That’s why you only see the option to buy items like disposables, pyros, confetti, etc.

Why can’t I buy some of the products?

For some of the products like speakers, projectors, etc., we feel it would be better for you to purchase them directly from the manufacturers.

How long before my party should I place an order?

It’s better that you place your orders as early as possible to book your products. We would recommend placing orders at least 1 day in advance. However, we do deliver within a few hours notice as well (subject to product and delivery agent availability).

Do I need to provide an identification?

Yes, please provide an identification of the person who would be receiving the order.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Do I have to self-pickup and return the items?

Of course not. We will deliver and pickup the items from your place. You just focus on having a blast!

What are the delivery and pickup charges?

Delivery charges depend on your location. It also depends on the order items and if they will be delivered over a bike or a car. We will inform you of the delivery and pickup charges after you place the order.

What is the rental period?

What If I accidentally damage some items?

We will repair or replace the items but will need you to pay the repair charges.

What is the condition of the rental products?

All the products are cleaned and tested before we send them to you. It is our top priority that the products look as good as new and are fully functional. If any of products are not clean, please report it to our customer service team at 9119-9119-63 so that we can address the issues moving forward.

Do you provide decoration services?

We do not provide decoration services right now, but we do have products to help you decorate. Some of our top decoration products include balloons, string lights, mood lamps, electronic air filling machine, etc. Do browse our catalog as we are always adding more items.

Will you do the installation?

Most of the products do not need any installation and you can simply plug and play. But if you still need any help, please ask our delivery agent to set it up for you.

What if I need help with troubleshooting or product setup later?

You can always Call/WhatsApp us at 9119-9119-63 and we will do our best to help you out. However, we would recommend you to use the internet to troubleshoot the issue before reaching out to us.
